The lightweight Rover dog cart handles well behind the dog and is engineered
to work ergonomically with the dog. In fact, the Rover was de-signed
from the ground up and from the dog back entirely for the ergonomic
needs of the dog. The Rovers engineering and balance means that the
dog is pulling very little weight on level ground.
